Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GQLens ("Service"), operated by Flexmatic, org.nr 8602262415 ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

GQLens is a GraphQL schema intelligence platform that provides:

  • Schema discovery and browsing: introspect and explore your GraphQL APIs.
  • Semantic search: AI-powered search across schema types, fields, and documentation.
  • Query validation: validate and auto-fix GraphQL queries against your schemas.
  • MCP server: a Model Context Protocol server that integrates with development tools such as Cursor and VS Code.
  • AI chat: a conversational assistant for exploring and understanding your GraphQL schemas.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using GQLens, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Service. Each account is for a single individual and may not be shared with or transferred to another person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or any harmful content.
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Create multiple Free accounts to avoid purchasing a paid plan for a team or organization. Each account must represent genuine individual use.
  • As a company, organization, or group, direct or encourage employees, contractors, or members to register separate individual accounts as a means to circumvent per-seat or team-based pricing.
  • Share account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably determine are being used to circumvent paid plan requirements, and to consolidate usage or invoice for actual seat counts.

5. Your Content and Data

"Your Content" means GraphQL schemas, queries, endpoint configurations, and any other data you provide to or generate through the Service.

  • Ownership. You retain all rights to Your Content. We do not claim ownership of your GraphQL schemas or queries.
  • License. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service to you. This includes processing Your Content through third-party AI and search providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide Your Content to the Service.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

GQLens offers the following plans:

  • Free: one GraphQL endpoint, one seat, MCP server access, no charge.
  • Pro: unlimited endpoints, unlimited seats, per-seat pricing (tiered), AI chat, MCP server access, API and CI integration, and priority support. Billed per seat monthly or annually.
  • Enterprise: custom pricing with unlimited endpoints and seats, SSO/SAML, priority feature requests, and a dedicated account manager.

Payment processing. All payments for paid plans are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. By subscribing to a paid plan you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

For paid plans:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.
  • Seat counts are synced automatically based on your organization's member count. Adding or removing members adjusts the subscription with prorated charges or credits.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at your next billing cycle.
  • If payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account after reasonable notice.

Refunds. Refund requests made within 14 days of a payment will be honored in full. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

7. Free Trials

Free and Pro plans include a 15-day free trial. During the trial you have access to the full feature set of the selected plan. A valid payment method is required to start a Pro trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to the Free plan limits unless you keep your paid subscription active. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding (but excluding Your Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including, but not limited to, Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI (AI processing), Google Analytics and PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

11. Termination

  • By you. You may cancel your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us.
  • By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period following termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

19. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

20. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure or power outages, government actions, pandemics, or internet disruptions.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, with notice to you.
